Combining socio-economic research, strategic planning, and GIS technology

We deliver research, evaluation, strategic, and spatial planning projects for European institutions (European Commission, ESPON programme), ministries, regional authorities (Marshal Offices), and municipal governments across Poland. We also act as a technology partner in GIS, cartography, and spatial data engineering for consulting firms and investors, while developing our proprietary digital tools platform CrazyGroup (shop.crazygroup.app).

• For European, national, and local government institutions: We implement Municipal General Plans (POG), Local Spatial Development Plans (MPZP), and landscape resolutions with full GIS support, large-format cartography, and GML file validation. We develop supra-local development strategies (for functional and metropolitan areas), municipal development strategies, and Municipal Revitalisation Programmes (GPR). We also prepare funding applications, feasibility studies, and project concepts for EU funds, the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme, and the EEA and Norway Grants. Furthermore, we manage infrastructure and low-emission investment projects as project operators and supervision inspectors.

• For business, investors, consulting firms, and urban planning studios: We conduct advanced spatial and environmental analyses, design high-resolution thematic maps and atlases (300 DPI, A4–A0 formats), and deploy WebGIS portals. Through our platform shop.crazygroup.app, we provide a proprietary GML file generator and validator (APP 2.0) for Municipal General Plans, automated 24/7 Real Estate Due Diligence reports (analysing floor area capacity/PUM, LiDAR DEM terrain relief, GESUT utilities network, ISOK flood risks, and GDOŚ environmental constraints), as well as live-updated B2B company databases linked with cadastral parcel geometry (KRS + CEIDG + ULDK). We also support enterprises in R&D projects, technology commercialisation, and building consortia with universities.
