This program is open to residents of California who are women, especially women of color, women who have served in the military, and women with special needs (i.e., learning or physical disabilities). If you are interested in our Makerspace program but do not feel you qualify for the UniDIVersity program, please see our Makerspace Coordinator certificate program at https://www.smore.com/1du0g which is open for interested participants at Foothill College.
This donor-funded program is a ten-month program, with nine in-person training days. The rest of the instruction takes place via an online learning platform. Because it is donor-funded, the only cost to you is a non-refundable $75 fee. You will receive training and a total of 18 quarter units from Foothill College through this program, all provided to you by the generous donors to the Krause Center for Innovation.
Program Schedule:
- Intensive Summer Program: August 6th - 10th, 9:00am to 3:00pm
- Four follow-ups:
- One Saturday in October, November, March, and April.
