三個堅持｜兩個習慣     「守護約定才能快樂自由」

 3 Guiding Values, 2 Positive Habits   “Only by upholding the agreement can one be free and happy” 

在一個鼓勵自由與多元的團體生活中，更需要學習尊重人我界線，維護共同的學習權益。

我們有三個堅持，是對學習環境的保護，並從中學會對他人身體界線以及隱私的尊重：

1. 不吸毒販毒。

2. 不侵犯他人身體，而且是以被侵犯人的感受為準。

3. 不侵犯他人隱私和財務。

我們有兩個不被允許的習慣，是基於餐飲從業人員的專業尊重：

1. 抽菸。

2. 曠課。

In a group life that encourages freedom and diversity, it is even more necessary to learn to respect the boundaries between oneself and others, and to safeguard common learning rights.

The School has three Guiding Values, which are to protect the learning environment, from which students can learn to respect others' physical boundaries and privacy:

1. Be a good citizen: No drug use or trafficking

2. Show respect to others’ person: Do not violate the body of others, based on the person’s feeling of being violated.

3. Show respect to others’ privacy and property

Two Positive Habits based on the professional respect for those in the culinary and catering industry:

1. Maintain good health / balanced diet, exercise, save your palate!  Abstain from Smoking

2. Punctuality and Performance / No Absenteeism.

• 學習為自己的決定負責！當你決定違反團體中的約定時，將透過模擬社會法律歷程，學習面對責任與選擇行動。

• 我們的「法治教育」精神與目的，是為了營造自由與界限相容並存的人文理念校園環境。

• Learn to be responsible for your own decisions! A violation of the agreement made within the group is a decision. Students who make this choice must face responsibility and remedy their actions through Kai Ping’s court, made up of teachers, students, and parents. 

• The spirit and purpose of the "rule of law education" is to create a humanistic campus environment where freedom and boundaries are compatible.

校園收件須備妥下列文件：

1.填寫學生團體保險金申請書 

2.被保險人如未成年,法定代理人須一併於理賠申請書上簽名, 並檢附其與被保險人之關係證明,如新式戶口名簿(詳細記事),戶籍謄本等,以證明其為被保險人的法定代理人,監護人 (備註:滿18歲-不用法定代理人簽名) 

3.診斷書正本(開立診斷書費用不含在理賠金內) 

4.就醫收據(影本須加蓋醫院關防) 

5.銀行或郵局封面影本(必須為 理賠受益人 帳戶) 

6.將以上資料備妥,送至聯合服務中心 

When submitting documents on campus, please prepare the following:

1. Completed Student Group Insurance Claim Form.

2. Signature of Legal Guardian (if the insured is a minor):

   • If the insured person is underage, the legal guardian must also sign the claim form.

   • A document proving the relationship between the legal guardian and the insured must be provided, such as a new-style household registration transcript (detailed record) or a household registration certificate.

   • This serves as proof that the signer is the insured’s legal guardian.

   • Note: If the insured is 18 years old or older, a legal guardian’s signature is not required.

3. Original medical diagnosis certificate.

4. Photocopy of the cover page of the bank or postal account book (must be the account of the claim beneficiary).

5. Submit all the above documents to the Joint Service Center.
