Haval Abdulkarim Ahmed

Welcome to my Academic Profile page. I am Haval A. Ahmed. I am an Assistant Lecturer teaching in the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Koya University, Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.

I have B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Software Engineering from Salahaddin University-Erbil, in 2007 and 2014, respectively. From Sep 2007 to Dec 2008, I was an IT engineer at IT Department of Korek Telecom company. From 2009 to 2011, I was a Teaching Assistant in the Software Engineering Department, College of Engineering at Salahaddin University-Erbil.

My research interests include neural networks, fuzzy systems, computer vision, face detection and recognition, and open source technology. I am a licentiate software engineer at the Kurdistan Engineers Union, Kurdistan.
