Woong-Hee Lee received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2017. He entered the combined Master's and Doctoral Program in 2009. From 2017 to 2019, he was an Experienced Researcher with the Advanced Standard Research and Development Lab., LG Electronics CTO Division, Seoul. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of Communication Systems, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. From 2020 to 2021, he was an Experienced Researcher with Ericsson Research, Stockholm, Sweden. Since March 2021, he has been an Assistant Professor at the Department of Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Korea University, Sejong-si, Republic of Korea.
