INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All the products are shipped from Korea. United States and Chile will ship locally if the products are in stock at each branch, however, the shipping fee will be charged as international shipping even if they are shipped locally.
- Shipment processing time
All orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
"BooksOnKorea.com" does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, duties and taxes
"BooksOnKorea.com" is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages
"BooksOnKorea.com" is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- TRACKING STATUS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BUT NOTHING HAS ARRIVED
First, please check the delivery address you have stated while placing your order. We also suggest that you double check second locations, such as mail rooms, front desks, safe drop location and so on. Moreover, check with everyone in the household as another member of the house may have received or retrieved the item.
If you still cannot locate the order, please let us know, so we can contact the shipping company to confirm that they have delivered the order at the right address.
If an investigation within 14 days determines that you did not receive the order due to a shipping error beyond your control, we will refund you the cost of the item or send you the same product, depending on the option you choose.
However, if the name on the signature confirmation matches yours, you will not be granted a refund or reshipment of the order. If the name on the signature confirmation does not match yours, we might still deny the claim and ask you to follow up with the individual who signed for the package. Refund/reship requests for orders that are signed for by a freight forwarder or an agent of the customer (for example, a neighbor or a family member) will be denied.

- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- After packing: Refund of the full cost of the book minus 3% commission and 5$ restocking fee, and excluding the original shipping charge, insurance, and return shipping fees.
USA local shipment (shipment by UPS from the USA distribution center)
- Before shipment: Refund of the cost of the book minus 3% commission.
- After shipment: Refund of the full cost of the book minus 3% commission and 5$ restocking fee, and excluding the original shipping charge, insurance, and return shipping fees.
* If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the book and shipping charges.
- Pricing errors may occur on our sites. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If you still wish to purchase the item at the correct price, you will need to place a new order.
- Additional non-returnable items:

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use; CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened;
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bok@kongnpark.com and follow any additional instructions provided via email along with the return shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To initiate a return on an international order, you must email bok@kongnpark.com within 30 days from the date the package arrives at your doorstep to create a Return Authorization.
Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a Commercial Invoice and further return instructions:
1. Print out the documentation provided (Commercial Invoice and/or Return Label).
2. Place all items being returned in one parcel.
3. Attach the commercial invoice in a plastic document sleeve on the outside of our return package. This is necessary for your return to clear customs.
4. Follow any additional instructions provided via email along with the return shipping address.
