Visa Information 

K-ETA Application (Mandatory)

All foreign nationals who do not have either a K-ETA or a valid visa will not be allowed to board a flight to Korea.

※ Note: Starting from September 2021, travelers from countries with visa-free entry must also obtain a K-ETA.

The K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is a mandatory requirement for visa-exempt foreign visitors to enter the Republic of Korea. It involves submitting relevant information online, such as travel details, prior to entry.

This personal invitation is provided solely to assist registered participants with travel and visa arrangements. Please note that all visa applications and related responsibilities rest with the participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the conference registration process.
