We have been informed that some participants may experience difficulties completing online credit card payments due to restrictions imposed by their local card issuers or overseas payment settings. To ensure that these participants can still benefit from the early registration period, we offer the following alternative payment option:
I. Complete the online registration through the conference website as usual.
II. At the payment step, please select "Bank Transfer" as the payment method. (until Jul 31st)
III. Your registration will be accepted as an early registration.
IV.The registration fee can then be paid by credit card at the registration desk during the conference using our card payment terminal.
V. After the payment is completed on-site, the Secretariat will update your registration status accordingly.

Please note that all visa applications and related responsibilities rest with the participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the conference registration process.
