Connecting to Wi-Fi

1. Ensure your monitor is turned on

2. Login to the OptiSigns Admin App

From the homepage, choose the hamburger menu in the top left corner.

3. Choose to Setup Wi-Fi

From the hamburger menu, select the "setup Wi-Fi" option.

4. Choose the OptiSigns Device

Select the player that you are connecting to Wi-Fi.
The player will be identified as either OptiSigns player or Screen #.

5. Choose a Network

Choose the network that you'd like to connect the player to.
The system will prompt you to input the password for the selected network.
With the correct password entered, your monitor will then be connected to Wi-Fi and ready to receive content updates.

Hold the back button and home button simultaneously for about 5 seconds to pair your remote to the player (There are instructions with a diagram in your box).
Hit the WiFi button on the top right of the remote.
Select your desired network from the list.
Enter your network password, and it should give you a "Connected" signal.
When you return to the home screen, select the OptiSigns app and it should kick back on as usual. You can check to see your player's online/offline status in the app, and after you go through this, it should show a green "online" box in the screens tab.
