This is one of my all-time-favorite quotes and one I think about EVERYDAY as I work alongside my elementary students. My passion is to instill in my students the belief that WE ARE ALL Artists! We may have different artistic styles, come from different walks of life, have different likes and dislikes, and have different stories to share. We may persevere with challenges or soar with our strengths, but we are artists nonetheless ~ whether you're a youngster or young at heART!

I truly feel blessed to be a KoMet teacher and to be able to spend my days watching kids discover their innate talents, share their excitement for conquering a challenge, and find joy in the world of art!
