My name is Janna Carroll-Boldt and I am excited to teach in KoMet country! I started here in the fall of 2019.
I graduated from Luther College in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. My background includes being a pastry chef, concierge, and assisting my Dad in running his small business. In the spring of 2022, I graduated from NDSU and received my Masters in Family and Consumer Sciences Education.
My husband is the band director here at Kasson-Mantorville High School. We are the proud parents of a rescue dog named Sadie Mae. When we are not teaching, you can probably find us playing in musical groups around the community. I play the oboe!
Along with playing the oboe, I enjoy traveling, baking, cooking, watching Minnesota Wild hockey, and going to the movies.
Thank you for your support of the Family and Consumer Sciences department! Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions. Also, I am always looking for volunteers to come into my class and help out.

We are always looking for pantry staple donations to stretch our budget. Examples include: flour, sugar, imitation vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, rice, pasta, etc.
If you are a gardener and have extra produce, we would love to use it to practice knife skills.
