Science 5/6 I LOVE teaching Science. The opportunity for kids to discover the world around them and do as many hands-on activities to learn is an excellent way to learn about my favorite subject!
This is my twenty seventh year as a teacher and twentieth year in the Kasson-Mantorville school district. My wife Amy (Child Life Specialist at Mayo in Rochester) and I have two daughters (Raya, 9th grade and Hadley 7th grade). My family also includes two dogs (Puckett, and Gigi) and two cats (the cats are my daughter's so I don't acknowledge their names).
My hobbies are cheering on my daughters in their sports, being disappointed by Minnesota sports teams, golfing, meat smoking, and weather geeking. I also officiate high school football.

Taught 4th grade at Academy of Saints Peter and Paul 1997-2004
Taught 4th grade/PLTW at Kasson-Mantorville Elementary 2004 - 2022
Currently teaching 5th/6th grade at Kasson-Mantorville Middle School
