My name is Kelly Schmidt. This is my 11th year of teaching at KMES. Prior to teaching, I served 1 year as a MN Reading Corps Literacy tutor, making this my 11th year in the building.

I live in Kasson with my husband, Ben. We have 3 children - Bryan, Dylan & Claire. We have 2 dogs, Lucy & Marley. We also have a cat named Meeko!

We're proud to be part of the KoMet family! We love to travel and be outdoors. We have a cabin up north that we love to visit. I also LOVE reading!
