Hands on experience in the isolation of biologically active constituents from plants and their chemical characterization.
In vitro studies including DPPH, hydroxyl radical, reducing power, total phenolic content, super oxide, hydrogen peroxide, nitric oxide radicals, lipid peroxidation, etc., and in vivo studies including TBARS, reduced GSH, CAT, SOD, total protein, etc.
Working with animal models including mice and rats for various pharmacological studies.
Hands on experience with analytical tools including Colorimeter, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, TLC technique, and HPLC.
Hands on experience in computer aided drug design (CADD) and Molecular modeling studies using Hyperchem 6.0 and Dock 4.0 software packages.
