My name is Tarza Jamal Thanoon Siahmanasur, I am the chairperson of Pharmacy department at Komar University for Science and Technology. I am PhD holder at University of Manchester, UK since 2017.
Academic Philosophy
As a teacher I am responsible to provide students with a good environment conducive for learning and strong and useful Knowledge that will help them be successful in achieving their goals, also help them in becoming and remaining motivated to be successful both in their studies and in applying their knowledge to solve problems in their lives.
The student is a center in the education system, we all must focus on student-centered learning
I also believe that the students should have the following duties:
A• Be prepared for the class.
B• willing to work hard to complete course activities.
C• willing to bring their life experiences into the class to enrich discussions.
D• Try to apply what they learn in class to solve the problems they face on their jobs and in their professional lives.
Any sort of discrimination shall be voided.
