I was involved in research of Helicobacter pylori and Mycobacterium Tuberculosis to find the most feasible method of diagnosis for early detection of these highly pathogenic microorganisms.
I was also conducting classes and Practical’s for Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Clinical Microbiology I, Clinical Microbiology II, & Biotechnology.
December 2008-July 2010: Worked as a lecturer of Medical Microbiology in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Arba Minch University, Arba Minch, Ethiopia.
I was a Principal investigator of the Project on the Antimicrobial activity of Bio-active compounds on Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus. (Funded by Arbamich University)
October 2002- June 2008: Worked as a Microbiology Lecturer in Deccan College of Medical Sciences Hyderabad, India.
October 2002-December 2008: Worked as a Research Assistant and then Research Associate at the Center for Liver Research and Diagnostics, Deccan College of Medical Sciences & Allied Hospitals in a DBT & ICMR Funded project on Helicobacter pylori & Liver Stem Cells respectively.
