Dr. Arsalan Ahmed Othman

I hold a Ph.D. in geology and remote sensing from the TU Bergakademie Freiberg (Germany) in 2015.  My area of interest are geomorphology, landslide hazard assessment, land use and land cover monitoring, lithological mapping, exploration of mineral resources, and water resources management using remote sensing and GIS. I taught several geology courses (postgraduate levels) as well as supervised many M.Sc. and Ph.D. students in different universities. I published more than 32 articles in high-ranking scientific journals.
