Creative; enthusiastic; and work with decisiveness and conviction. I have a proactive attitude and find positive ways to stimulate and engage with people. I started with learning and teaching a foreign language and continued in getting strong qualifications for developing and controlling management processes and productive improvement in administration.

At Komar University of Science and Technology- CIEP (Center of Intensive English Program): Teaching English skills (Writing, Listening, Reading, Speaking)         
At University Putra Malaysia: Assistant in teaching Media Literacy, undergraduate students (2 semesters)

At Najmadin Group: Director in two concrete factories, managing a team of 170 employees, and establishing an HR department.

      • July 2007     to    May 2010    
At Najmadin Group: Creating an Archive System for five years (Forming a New Department related to accounting and auditing), prepared, conducted, and processed interviews (over 100 appliers for different positions and departments). Wrote Tender bids and reports. Offered informative presentations, conducted desk research, and worked in the Information Management advisory.
