My academic philosophy is built on the principles of integrity, excellence, and lifelong learning. I believe that higher education is not only about transferring knowledge but also about inspiring critical thinking, creativity, and ethical responsibility in students.
As an educator, I strive to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to question, analyze, and apply knowledge to real-world challenges. I see teaching as a two-way process — while I guide students through structured learning, I also learn from their perspectives and experiences.
In research, I am committed to producing work that bridges theory and practice, particularly in macroeconomics, international finance, and applied econometrics. I value collaboration across disciplines, believing that solutions to today’s complex problems lie at the intersection of economics, business, and technology.
As an academic leader, my philosophy emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous development. I am dedicated to fostering a culture where students, faculty, and staff work together to achieve academic excellence and contribute positively to society
