【ParadiseAI】 Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
We, 【ParadiseAI】 Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "【ParadiseAI】", "we", "our", or "us"), collect information related to individuals ("Personal Data") when providing the 【ParadiseAI】 communication application ("【ParadiseAI】 App") and all related products, applications, services, and websites (collectively, the "Services"). We consider the protection of Personal Data to be one of the most critical management challenges for an internet content service enterprise. We will comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the countries and regions where we operate (collectively, "Applicable Laws") and properly protect Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy ("Policy").
This Policy explains what types of personal information we collect, how we use and share this information, and how you can manage your own personal information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services or submitting any personal information to 【ParadiseAI】. By using the Services, you consent to the data processing practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access our application or use the Services in any manner.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all personal information collected in connection with the use of our Services, regardless of the country or region in which the Services are used.
2.1. Applicable Services and Service Providers
This Policy applies to all Personal Data collected in connection with our Services. We may develop independent privacy policies, terms, or supplementary provisions to this Policy for specific services (collectively, "Independent Policies"). The Independent Policies will explain the types of personal information collected, and the methods of use and sharing for that specific service, along with other applicable policies. In the event of a conflict between an Independent Policy and this Policy, the Independent Policy shall prevail. For the scope of this Policy, 【ParadiseAI】 acts as the "Controller" of Personal Data processing.
2.2. Applicable Countries and Regions
We process personal information only to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws and within the scope of the purposes described in this Policy.
3. Collection of Personal Information
We collect the following categories of personal information:
(a) Information You Actively Provide: Such as your email address when registering an account, and your profile information configured while using the Services.
(b) Information Related to Service Usage: Such as text, audio, music, images, videos, and other content you post, as well as access logs.
If you fail to provide certain necessary information (such as the email address required for service registration), you may not be able to use part or all of the Services.
3.1. Information Required for Communication and Transactions
Depending on the nature of the Services, we may request and collect information related to communications and transactions. For example:
(a) To respond to your requests or inquiries submitted to customer support, we may need to collect contact information (including email addresses) and details of the issue to identify and resolve the incident.
3.1.2. Profile and Friendship Information
When you use the Services, we collect information regarding your profile settings and social relationships.
Profile Information:
This includes icons, display names, and identifiers ("【ParadiseAI】 ID") used to contact other users. The 【ParadiseAI】 ID allows friends to find you more easily through the Services, and you may also choose to prohibit other users from contacting you via this ID.
3.2. Personal Information Related to Service Usage
3.2.1. Service Usage Status
We automatically collect information related to the timing and manner of your usage of the Services, such as the date and time features are activated. Subject to your additional consent, such information may be used for service maintenance, development and improvement, prevention of unauthorized use, and the delivery of optimized content, including advertisements.
3.2.2. Location Information
To provide customized content (such as regional weather forecasts, local news, etc.), we may separately request your general location information. You can choose to decline this provision at any time via the 【ParadiseAI】 App settings. Even without explicit authorization for location information, we may still estimate your approximate location based on network information such as your IP address.
3.2.3. Request for Microphone and File Access Permissions
To deliver features such as voice creation, audio recording, or voiceprint uploading, the App requests the following permissions:(a) Microphone Permission: When using the voice creation feature, the App needs to access your microphone to record audio. If you decline authorization, you will be unable to use recording-related features.(b) Local File Access Permission: If you need to upload a custom voiceprint or create a voice profile, the App needs to access your local file storage. If you decline authorization, you will be unable to upload or use the corresponding features.
3.2.4. Application, Browser, Device, and Network Information
We collect device/browser-related information (advertising identifiers, Cookie IDs, device types, operating systems, language/time zone settings, browser types, application versions, etc.) and network information (telecom carrier names, IP addresses, etc.).
3.2.5. Camera and Photo Album Permissions
When uploading or editing avatars or background images, access to the device camera or local photo album will be requested:
(a) Camera Permission: Used to take new photos (e.g., capture an instant avatar).
(b) Photo Album Permission: Used to select existing images.
(c) Permission Control: You can turn off permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may affect the functionality of related features. We may associate advertising identifiers with internal identifiers.
3.2.6. Personal Data Collected from Business Partners
We may collect your Personal Data from our business partners. In some instances, we collect Personal Data from business partners who operate their own services, as well as from business partners operating services linked to our Services. For example, when you create an account using an external SNS account, we collect the identifier of that external SNS account.
Furthermore, for purposes such as sending official account messages from business partners, ad delivery, ad effectiveness evaluation, and generating or providing statistical data, we may obtain the following information from business partners: your identifiers (internal identifiers, advertising identifiers, etc.), single-way encrypted (hashed) email addresses and phone numbers, IP addresses, partial device information (operating system, etc.), your attribute data, and your activity history (including purchase and browsing history).
