Lettering Criteria

Forensics Lettering Criteria:

Students need to meet all of the following season criteria:

1. Attend 100% of practices in a season, unless excused by your coach

2. Participate in every meet

3. Earn a 23 or above at the WHSFA State Competition

4. Earn a total of two bronze medals (20-22) at the WHSFA State Competitions during your high school career.

After participants have earned a letter, they may earn a bar for each year that they additionally meet the lettering requirements. If a participant has not earned a letter by meeting these criteria during his/her high school career, a letter may be earned by participating in forensics for all four years. Finally, a student may be awarded a letter at the discretion of the coach.
