Dr.. Anwer Omar Qader - Erbil - Kurdistan Region - Iraq

PhD in Criminal Law from Salahaddin University - Erbil in 2012. He lectured at Salahaddin University in 2007-2008 and at the Police College - Erbil affiliated to the Ministry of Interior in the Kurdistan Region from 2006 to 2016. He held several administrative positions in the Kurdistan Regional Government - Iraq. As General Director of Planning and Follow-up for a period of (12) years and General Director of Agricultural Lands for a period of (5) years in the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources and finally General Director in the Council of Ministers. He has a lot of scientific literature and research. Among his most important achievements: collecting all the laws of agrarian reform in one book, then translating them into the Kurdish language, and explaining and interpreting them in another book. Collecting environmental laws in Arabic and translating them into Kurdish and English, as well as collecting all laws of agriculture and water resources in two books, with many research and writings in criminal specialization. He is currently the Head of the Law Department at the Faculty of Law at Knowledge University in Erbil - Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
