NOTE: Our student community lives in Study Groups and Slack. All students who enrolled starting their course in July 2018 and beyond can find their classmates in Study Groups. All students enrolled previous can find their classmates in Slack.
Slack is the best place for live discussions and interactions with your community of Flying Car Nanodegree program students. As a community, we uphold a high standard of respect, productive discussion, and inclusivity. By joining the Udacity community, you have agreed to abide by the Udacity Honor Code & Community Code of Conduct.
Within the Slack workspace, you'll notice there are multiple channels in the menu on the left. Each channel is like a chatroom and is named after the topic that it is about.
For example if you join the #careers channel, the discussion in that channel will be about careers.
The below prefixes will be helpful to know:

#careers - A place to post jobs in flying cars (if you are a company you can post here too!).
#classroom-preview - Discussion and feedback on the free classroom preview.
#drone-hardware - A place to discuss drone hardware.
#drone-integration - To discuss porting and running the classroom software on compatible drones.
#drone-light-show - A place where Udacity students can meet in order to create drone light shows.
#entrepreneurship - A place for entrepreneurs to come together and connect.

#events - A channel for anyone to post flying car events where ever they live.
#feedback - A place to provide general feedback.

You may join channels above by clicking on them, as they are linked. You can also search for and join channels in Slack via the instructions below.
1. Click on the word "Channels" in the left hand menu.
2. Type the topic of channel name for the channel you would like to join.
3. Click on the channel name when it appears below the search box. You will be led to the channel once you do so.
