We are looking forward to helping our athletes get a head start in their development! We believe this will be a very important step in helping our student-athletes succeed, which will in turn help our athletics program succeed. Whether that means working on sport-specific skills or working on their strength, speed, quickness, and stability, these camps will help prepare our athletes for their upcoming seasons! All levels of experience are welcome!

Dates:

June 10 - 14: Volleyball Camp

June 24 - 28: Basketball Camp

July 8 - 12: Soccer & Ultimate Frisbee Camp

July 15 - 19: Flag Football Camp

Time:

9am-11:30am. 

Cost:

$225 per week

OR, you can stay and keep having fun all day in the full Summer Knights Day Camp for $390 per week!

Format of Sessions:

• Main focus is skill work for each sport

• SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) training specific to that sport.

• Full Body Strength & Conditioning

• Core, Stability, Mobility & Balance

• And more!

Locations: 

• Covenant Presbyterian Gym (volleyball & basketball weeks)

• Paragon - Shoal Creek facilities

What to wear/bring:

• athletic shoes and clothes (cleats for field sports)

• water bottle

• towel or change of clothes if needed

• Paragon will provide each athlete with a ball for the week they register for!
