The surveys below are intended to provide data for Mrs. Creswell to use for making decisions about the comprehensive school counseling program. For example, if the parent survey reveals a high percentage of parents who feel their student(s) need intervention for study skills, Mrs. Creswell will know to provide opportunities for study skill intervention groups at the grade levels indicated by the responses.
