Papers Submission Guidelines
1. The paper should be formatted using the conference's template, in a single-column layout on A4-sized paper. The length of the paper should not exceed 8-12 pages and must be prepared using Microsoft Word. Authors are required to strictly adhere to the paper preparation guidelines.

2. Your paper must undergo plagiarism checking using a program (Akarawisut/Turnitin) with the following steps:
2.1. Check for plagiarism using Akarawisut/Turnitin. Any content that is similar to existing works is only acceptable if the content similarity rate does not exceed 35% of the paper.
2.2. Sign the certification form confirming the results of the plagiarism check. The request form can be downloaded from the conference website.
Submission Process
1. Submit the following files via email to Google Form Submit Here:
1.1 Word file of the paper with authors’ names and affiliations included.
1.2 PDF file of the paper with authors’ names and affiliations removed.
1.3 PDF file of the Plagiarism Check Request Form.
1.4 PDF file of the Plagiarism Check Report.
2. The article will be reviewed by the committee, and the results will be sent to you via email.
3. If the paper is accepted (with or without conditions), the registrant must revise the paper according to the recommendations of the reviewers and submit the revised document via Google Form Submit Here by Friday, May 16, 2025, with the following files:
3.1 The revised paper must be submitted in both Word and PDF formats.
3.2 The Paper Revision Confirmation Form in PDF format.
4. Once the committee has reviewed and confirmed the accuracy of the paper, the official results of the review, along with the acceptance letter, will be sent to you via email.
Guidelines for Presenters
Presenters must register through Google Form and submit proof of payment by Friday, May 16, 2025. The presentation must be made on Friday, May 30, 2025. (Failure to comply with these instructions will result in the paper not being published in the Proceedings.)
Presenters must prepare their presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint. Each presenter will be given 15 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions answering (total of 20 minutes). Presenters can download the PowerPoint template at https//www.sites.kmitl.ac.th/drle2025
