Global KM week 2025
By walking, talking and working together, cocreative voices from around the world have realised a number of KM Landscape resources, made available under the Creative Commons (CC 4.0 BY SA).
These resources are open for download and use, on the understanding that
these resources are cocreations-in-progress
you take a cocreative learning approach* when using them
you acknowledge the KM Landscape project and cocreators in their use
The resources are developing through cocreation and fall into the following categories
Terms Lists
Models
Summaries
Content Guides
Resources other than the main ones listed here are available - please reach out to andrew.herd@ziggo.nl for more information
When using the resources we ask for you to use these in the sense of perspective, with the content providing you
insights in to other views of the landscape you see and work in
an opportunity to add your own terms, phrases or ideas
The cocreation is continuing in Phase II of the KM Landscape through exploring possible use-cases of the Terms Lists. Techniques are to then be developed and applied to process and transform the List content into representations, visual or otherwise, to meet the needs of the use case.
We welcome your cocreative energies in this
Terms Lists
Topic Terms Lists
Application Terms Lists
Models
In order to better understand the cocreated terms, phrases and ideas, a number of models were created to visualise the meaning and to more effectively add these to the terms lists using a range of diverse categories and relationship types
Summaries
A number of summaries have been created as thought explorations of the Terms Lists as a result of the process of adding Terms to Lists and then adding parent/child relationships and assigning categories
Content Guides
A few guidelines were created to provide a reference from which to guide the creation of the Lists. These guidelines evolved over time and continue to do so as the Lists are further explored, refined and put in the context of the use-cases.
During Phase I of KM Landscape a number of other tools were used to further enable the cocreative process and visualise its outcomes. Here we have the visualisation from the Personal Knowledge Management application
As part of the transition to Phase II of the KM Landscape explorations using AI have been developed to both support the completion of the terms lists, create a sympathetic representation of their varied perspectives.
