The images of the Videos as presented on our Site are based on live actual videos created. Some of which are set out for illustrative purposes only.
We provide telephone support to customers between the hours of 9am and 5pm (UK time) Mondays to Fridays excluding UK bank holidays. Outside of these hours an email service is available.
All videos created by us will transfer to you as the owner of the materials. We use third party software to create videos and animations and require to submit images logos and text to the software. Once the video content has been created and finalised, the resources previously mentioned in the software will be deleted.
We use a combination of royalty free and proprietary resources such as images, videos and music tracks to create our videos. All appropriate resources are used under the relevant license agreements.

You hereby confirm that you have sufficient authority to use our services either as an individual or a representative of an organisation.
You acknowledge and agree that in entering into this Agreement you do not rely on any statement, representation, or warranty (even if made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms and Conditions.
You will be able to purchase online content through our website and the process of such will be easy to follow.
You will receive an acknowledgement of the order being placed via email.
Delivery of any videos will be done by way of sending you access details such as a private link to our online file sharing facility. Any links or passwords provided to you for the purposes of uploading, downloading or viewing content must be kept private to the recipient and not be shared.
Prices for our services will be as stated on our website and will be exclusive of VAT.
You can pay for videos and services on our website with a debit and credit card via PayPal or via BACS transfer directly to our business account.
We will endeavour to respond to customer and client queries via email with 48 hours of receipt during Monday- Friday and the first working day after a weekend or public holiday.
You have a legal right to cancel an Agreement under the Consumer Agreements (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 during the period of 14 days after the date you receive a Confirmation Email from us. This means that during this period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want a Course, you can advise us of your decision to cancel the Agreement and receive a refund provided that you first return to us any certificates which may have been issued by us.
You will only be eligible for a refund during the period of 14 days after purchase as long as you have not accessed or completed the course.
Your access to and use of the KMF web site (www.kmftraining.co.uk) ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
