- Verify your identity as a registered patient of Klinik NurCahaya

- Manage and confirm medical appointments

- Provide access to your medical records and visit history

- Send appointment reminders and health notifications

- Improve our clinic services and app experience

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers (Supabase) hosted in Singapore. We retain your data for as long as you remain a registered patient of Klinik NurCahaya, or as required by Malaysian law (Personal Data Protection Act 2010 — PDPA).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

- Our clinic management system (Yezza) for appointment and medical record management

- Email service providers (Brevo) solely for sending verification and notification emails

- Malaysian authorities if required by law

5. Third-Party Services

This app uses the following third-party services:

- Supabase — secure cloud database and authentication

- Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery

- Yezza — clinic practice management system

6. Your Rights (PDPA 2010)

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

- Access your personal data held by us

- Request correction of inaccurate data

- Withdraw consent for data processing

- Request deletion of your account and associated data
