Activity Excuse & Restrictions

Please notify your child's homeroom teacher, clinic, and PE Coach when your child is unable to participate in physical education class for an illness, injury, or physician written notice. A doctor's written notice is required for excuse from more than 3 PE classes (equivalent to 1 school week).
