We suggest creating a system for tracking student check-ins/participation.
Export rosters for your students as an Excel spreadsheet.

Be mindful of varying your communication. Students may feel left out if they can never make your synchronous sessions.

Email students using their school email. You can find your student's email in the roster you downloaded from Skyward.
