What is FFA? FFA is a dynamic, student-led organization dedicated to developing leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. FFA provides numerous opportunities to help you cultivate these essential abilities, including Career Development Events (CDEs), Leadership Development Events (LDEs), and Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAEs). These programs prepare you for future careers in agriculture while offering valuable hands-on experiences, such as raising livestock. Additionally, we provide many opportunities for scholarships, community service, and much more. FFA is the heart of our community, nurturing passion, promise, and purpose.
The Klein FFA Chapter was founded in 1938 and has a storied history. When World War II erupted in 1939, the chapter faced significant challenges. However, in 1950, the Klein FFA Chapter was revitalized and emerged stronger than ever, becoming the dynamic organization we know and cherish today.
