✨ Seniors, bringing a guest to Prom? ✨

If you plan to invite someone not from Klein Forest, a Prom Guest Approval Form is **required**.

📌 Guest Form Deadline: April 30
📍 Turn in to Mrs. Taylor (Office 233)

📅 Prom: May 9, 2026
⏰ Time: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

⚠️ Important:
• One guest per student
• Guest must bring a valid photo ID
• No middle school students / no guests over age 20

👉 Form must be approved BEFORE purchasing a guest ticket
