1. Where can I find all senior information?
All current updates, announcements, and resources are posted on the Class of 2026 Senior Website and through Apptegy, the district’s approved communication platform. The website will be updated regularly as new information is received, so please check back often for the latest details.
2. How do I purchase a Senior Package?
Senior Packages can be purchased in person with cash (partial payments accepted through Mrs. Martinez in the Financial Office) or online through SchoolCash, where the full amount must be paid at once.
3. When are Senior Package payments due?
The first payment is due October 27, 2025, with additional payments due at the beginning of each month. All package balances must be paid in full by February 9, 2026. All à la carte items must be paid in full by February 20, 2026
4. Are payments refundable?
No. All payments are nonrefundable, under ANY circumstance.
5. What is included in the Senior Packages?
Packages may include a combination of Prom, Senior Night, Senior Picnic, Senior Trip, Senior Photo, Senior T-Shirt, Yearbook, and Field Day. Package details are listed on the Senior Website.
6. Can I buy individual items instead of a package?
Yes! À la carte items are available at individual prices. Please refer to the Senior Website or flyer for details.
7. How do I order my Cap & Gown?
Herff Jones will be on campus November 5th and November 12th during all lunches to take orders in person.
On-campus price: $55 (tax and shipping included)
Online price after November 12th: $72.46 plus tax and shipping
The online link and QR code are posted on the Senior Website and flyer.
8. What forms of payment does Herff Jones accept?
They accept both cash and card payments when ordering on campus. No checks will be accepted.
9. How will senior event information be shared?
All official senior communication will be shared through Apptegy, Klein ISD’s approved communication platform. Updates may also be posted on Schoology for students.
10. Will I still be able to make partial payments on packages after the deadline?
Yes. Once the deadline for packages closes on February 9,2026, students will still be able to make payments towards packages if a package was purchased before the deadline.
