Our Tuesday (yellow) folders are sent home on Tuesdays; they must be signed and returned on Wednesdays. This is our weekly communication regarding our students progress

Homework and Word Banks (red folder) are sent home on Monday and returned the on Friday. Please practice the Word Banks daily.

The purpose of homework is to reinforce skills learned in school, it is not graded. Although you may monitor or sometimes guide your child, he/she should be writing and thinking for him/herself. Please see the feedback on the previous homework (and classwork) to see if your child needs help to practice a specific part of the process. Thank you for your support at home!

You will be notified when Home Readers will start, probably in October. The Home Readers will come home in a blue folder. These should be returned at least twice per week, but more often is even better! Practicing reading is key to being a successful reader!
