Mrs. Robin Gresens

I love teaching music at Brill Elementary School!  The 2023-2024 School Year will be my 24 year teaching music.

The first ten years of my teaching career, I spent teaching junior high and high school students to play brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments. I enjoyed every aspect from the first tentative note to the polished performance months or sometimes years later. My most recent position was the band director at Wunderlich Intermediate School in KISD.  I am originally from Canyon, Texas. I received my bachelor’s degree in music education from West Texas A& M University with emphasis on piano and trombone.

My husband David is a retired band director.  We have an 13 year old daughter and a 9 year old son.  I have enjoyed living in this community and I feel very fortunate to be teaching at Brill!

Ms. Hannah Schoppe

Hannah Schoppe is a native of El Campo, Texas who discovered her love of music very early on as a child. She began participating in junior high school as a Flute player.   In high school, Ms. Schoppe particpated 4 years in the band and 3 years in the choir.  Her love of music led her to Houston Baptist University where she pursued a degree in vocal performance.   Upon graduation, Ms. Schoppe performed in both church choirs and the Houston Choral Society.   She began her teaching career in Rice Consolidated ISD. Ms. Schoppe is entering her 3rd year of teaching and this is her first year in Klein ISD. She is excited to start her year as a Brill Bronco and continue to share her love of music.

Mrs. Kayse Wisnewski

I am very excited to start my second year of teaching at Brill Elementary!  Before working at Brill, I was a substitute teacher in Klein  and I'm thrilled to work in a wonderful district that values the arts, and specifically, music education.

Growing up in the Houston area, I joined the band in middle school and played the trombone up until my sophomore year of high school.  Since I had experience being in choirs from church, I wanted to join in school and quickly fell in love with singing. Music has always been a wonderful outlet for me and a way to express myself and I hope to instill that enjoyment in our Brill Broncos.

When I was a music major in college at Houston Baptist University, my voice was my primary instrument, and I was involved in multiple opera productions and musical theater.

My passion for education comes from the students.  I like to have fun in class but also want to teach my students that as musicians we are to have a growth mindset in all that we do.

Please feel free to contact me at kwisnewski1@kleinisd.net with any questions or concerns.
