Attorney Julius A. King is committed to providing skillful, aggressive, and effective representation to his clients. Julius focuses his representation on the areas of criminal defense, civil defense, and traffic issues.

Julius understands that facing a criminal charge or a lawsuit can be one of the most serious, stressful, and life-altering events you will ever face. Julius is committed to fighting relentlessly on your behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. He has helped defend people against everything from breach of contract, to traffic offenses, to drug conspiracies. Additionally, he has helped clients avoid court altogether by convincing the opposing side not to pursue.

Julius is from the inner city of Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Lincoln University of Missouri,  where he was on the Dean's List and was a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. Julius worked in private security for four years before enrolling in law school.

Julius graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law, earning the Roscoe Anderson Award for Excellence in Advocacy, Best in Trial Practice, Order of Barristers, and was on the Dean's List. During law school, Julius was selected for multiple trial teams, where he led his team to various finals and won the Attorney's General Cup for his university. During his summers in law school, he worked as a legal intern for the United States Court of the Western District of Missouri and the Missouri State Public Defender. 

After graduating from law school, Julius worked in the public sector representing indigent clients. Through those work experiences, Julius has gained trial and motion experience in criminal, family, juvenile, administrative, and business law. Julius is a proud member of the Missouri Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Julius is a proud supporter of our country's civil liberties and is pleased to protect them from incremental but systemic encroachment.
