We provide a range of counselling and wellbeing services, including:
Individual Counselling – One-on-one sessions tailored to students’ needs
Small Group Sessions – Targeted support for shared concerns (e.g. emotional regulation, social skills, self-discovery, support groups)
Drop-in Sessions – Brief, informal support for students who need immediate guidance or a quick check-in
Career Counselling – Guidance on subject selection, future pathways, and career exploration
Crisis Support – Immediate support during times of distress
Consultation & Collaboration – Working closely with parents and teachers to support student wellbeing
Psychoeducation – Helping students understand emotions, coping strategies, and mental health
All sessions are conducted with respect for confidentiality and professional counselling ethics.
Our counselling space is designed to be safe, welcoming, and calming.
Facilities include:
3 private counselling rooms for confidential conversations
1 SCU Connection Hub for small group learning and growth sessions
Resources and materials to support emotional expression and reflection
Age-appropriate tools such as miniatures, games, art materials, and therapeutic aids
We aim to create a space where students feel at ease, supported, and ready to engage.
