Today’s students are growing up in a world unlike any before — shaped by technology, information overload, and constant change. Generation Z and the rising Generation Alpha face new pressures, yet the timeless challenge remains: discovering who they are and what truly matters.
At HIS Sixth Form, we respond with intention. Grounded in research on emotional intelligence, psychological development, leadership, and empathy in the age of AI, our EPIC Leadership Programme and EPIC Camp are co-created with students, not simply for them.
Each cohort embarks on a shared journey — connecting deeply, leading authentically, and growing with purpose in a changing world. Together, these experiences form a deliberate process that guides students from reflection to action, and from self-awareness to leadership.
The EPIC Leadership sessions are co-designed with students to explore real-life situations — a character and values-based approach to problem-based learning. These sessions challenge students to move beyond black-and-white thinking, seeing the world in its many shades of grey. They learn to ask deeper questions: Who am I? Why do I lead? What kind of person do I want to become?
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning
Set outside the classroom, EPIC Camp brings learning to life.
Over several days, students step into real experiences — making new friends, facing challenges, and discovering how to listen, engage, and hold space for others.
It’s a journey of courage, collaboration, and connection — where character grows through action and reflection.
What begins at EPIC Camp doesn’t end there — it sets in motion a way of thinking, leading, and living.
