Parents
1. Download the Seesaw Family app - iOS Devices / Android Devices
2. Look for your child's homeroom in this list and select the appropriate classroom link
3. Choose your child from the class list and wait for the teacher to confirm that the details are correct
Students
1. Download the Seesaw Class app
2. Login via Google using your school email address and password
Please make sure your iPad and Google Classroom app is up to date.
To check your iPad:
1. On your child's device, go to 'Settings' --> 'General' --> 'Software Update'
2. check that you have the latest iOS version installed
To check Google Classroom:
1. In the app store, search for 'Google Classroom'
2. Check to see if an update is required
Please note that traffic to Google's education tools like Classroom has increased hugely with many students around the world using the app to support home learning. It may be that the issue is also related to that.

Please note that students do not need an account to join remote classes. You may either enter the 9 or 10 digit Meeting ID in the Zoom app or click the meeting link shared by teachers.
