I’ve just completed a 16-week programme with my personal trainer, Keelin, and I truly couldn’t recommend her enough. She has been an incredible support throughout the entire journey.

Keelin has been amazing over the course of my training with her. She motivated me in such a way that it makes me want to do better for myself. She doesn't apply pressure but just wants to see me do well and be the best version of myself.
She reminded me that it is not a sprint but a marathon to build up a routine. Keelin helped me to understand nutrition a lot more, helping me make smarter choices but also not making me feel guilty for having that 'night out' or 'treat.'

Just finished a 10 week training block with Keelin and already so excited for another block with her. Keelin is so knowledgeable about nutrition and I learned so much from her about the correct foods to eat and smart swaps to make to see results.
As well as this Keelin has been so encouraging week in week out and provides such a positive boost going into each week pointing out changes I didn’t see myself and celebrating the little wins each week.

Keelin has been amazing, I have done several programmes and needed the accountability. I was training for a long race but still weight training. Keelin gave great advice along the way with cals and exercises. It was my first time balancing running and weight lifting and really enjoyed this programme. The excel sheet was so easy to use everyday to track everything and you can really see how much you progress each week. I enjoyed meals out still without a guilty conscience that can come with dieting which I haven’t had before. Learned so much about how to manage calories at maintenance and how to manage off weeks getting back on track. Keelin goes through your week in detail through video at end of each week and gives tips on what I could improve which set me up for success the following week. I feel way better in myself and way more confident in the gym. I got into a mindset of getting my steps and making the gym part of my daily routine.
