Hello! My husband is Owen, and our sons are Bryden, who recently graduated with a degree in kinesiology from U.N.D. and lives in Grand Forks; and Jadyn, who is farming with my brother. We also have the world's most neighborly dog Sven and several cats. We all live southwest of town on my family farm. I am a graduate of Hallock High School, Williston State College, Concordia College, and Minnesota State University-Moorhead. In my free time, I love watching sports, reading historical fiction or mysteries, and baking. I have recently begun my own small baking business Sweets from Skane, located in my farm kitchen in Skane Township. I am very much looking forward to my 29th year of teaching- eleven of them at Kittson Central. I previously taught in Idaho and North Dakota. I can't wait to see what unfolds this year!
