Registration Information

If you are in need of any financial aid for your child, please reach out to the President of KSC

For special discounts, please use the following codes during registration:

Military Discount

First Child (10% discount): mil10

Second Child (20% discount): mil20

Family Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you can receive a family discount

Second Child (10% discount): sib10

Third and Fourth Child (50% discount): sib50

Eligible players must be born between July 31st 2012 and August 1st 2018.

In order to ensure your child will get a US CLUB SOCCER Player card along with a USYS, this registration session will require:

player contact and medical information
acknowledgement via digital signature of our player/parent code of conduct, uniform return policy and waivers for COVID-19, specifically.
a photo of your child
copy of their birth certificate
