Academic Profile

Assistant Professor Khoshi Othman Abdullatef: received the B.Sc degree in Islamic studies from Sulaimaniyah University/Iraq in 2000-2001 and his Master degree in Islamic Economy from Sulaimaniyah University in 2012-2013. He received his Asst. Professor Scientific Title in 2022-2023.

Khoshi Othman is a lecturer at Sulaymaniyah Technical University where she teaches financial and accounting technologies. She has a master’s degree in Islamic sciences, and an active member and researcher at Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research, with a specialization in Islamic economics. She is passionate about exploring the intersections of development, technology, media, and economics in the context of Islamic law and culture. She has authored several research and articles on these topics, as well as conducted field studies and surveys in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
