Roy H. Peppler

Veteran Roy Henry Peppler, Jr. was born on November 8, 1930.  He served in the Navy during the Korean War.  Roy was the son of Roy H. Peppler, Sr. and Goldie Woodside Peppler.

He worked at Allegheny Ludlum, Bagdad Works for 41 years.  He and his wife, Betty H. Heasley Pepper lived in Bethel Township for more than 54 years.  He enjoyed working outside with his tractors and spending time with his family.

He was a longtime member of the Franklin Avenue Church of God in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania.  Roy H. Peppler, Jr. died at the age of 80 on August 12, 2011 in Allegheny General Hospital.
