Robert L. Crawford

Robert L. Crawford was born on May 11, 1938, and died on January 10, 2004. He was buried in Robinson Run Cemetery in Allegheny County. He was a white citizen, and was enlisted for 6 years. He received four years of high school learning. He was a semiskilled welder and flame cutter. He went into the army reserves and became an exclusive of Regular Army reserve and Officers of the Officers Reserve Corps on active duty under the Thomason Act.  His branch was the Ordnance Department, and his grade is listed private. He was a great addition to the army, and will be remembered for his bravery.
