Ralph D. Scanga

From being remembered for not only his brave actions, but his kindness, Ralph D. Scanga was born in 1918. Raised in Italy, he immigrated to the United States and saw the opportunity of tWorld War II as a way to give back to his community and people and decided to enlist. He enlisted when he was about 24 years old, on June 23rd, 1942. He was a great help in the Army. Under the title of a Warrant Officer, he specialized in specific technical areas suited for his intelligence, and aviation. He went to grammar school, and was a semi-skilled miner and mining-machine operator. After about five months of hard dedication in the Army, he was discharged. He was a topped rank man, being some of the few who were cooperative and very sly. The date of his death is unknown, but he will remained remembered forever by family and friends. Ralph D. Scanga fought hard during World War ll to save countless lives, and he will always be thanked for that. May he rest in peace and be happy for all the hard work that payed off. No photo of him or his grave was accounted for online, but he will forever remain in our hearts.
