McCutcheon, Olen S.
Olen S. McCutcheon was born on December 16, 1928 in Westmoreland County, Pa. He graduated from Vandergrift High School in 1946. In 1947, he founded McCutcheon Enterprise's which he ran up until his retirement in 1989. He served during the Korean War with the Air Force in Japan and Korea as a prevention health specialist. He was a commander of the former George Labanish American Legion in Allegheny Township and president of the Kiski Area School Board. He was also an active Mason, he was apart of the F&AM Lodge 617 in Vandergrift, Valley of Pittsburgh Scottish Rite, Syria Shriner's and Hillbilly clan 53. He was a member of the Poke Run Presbyterian Church, where he was a Sunday School Teacher, choir members elder and trustee. He passed away on May 16, 2011.
