Kenneth W. Ridenour of Washington Township was born on July 17, 1929 and died on February 13, 2006. He was born in Vandergrift and lived in Kiski Valley all of his life. He was an inspector at the West Leechburg Works of Allegheny Ludlum for 43 years. Mr. Ridenour was a member of the VFW and the American Legion in Vandergrift and the Apollo Elks. He was married to Betty Sharon Ridenour and had a daughter, Deborah Dodson. He served in the United States Army in the Korean War.
