George M. Wilson Sr.
Born July 27, 1931, in New Kensington, George was the son of the late Craig M Wilson and Twila E. Hinderliter Wilson. He was married to Lesta J. Falk, who preceded him in death Oct. 3, 2006. He served as a corporal with the U.S. Army, 2nd Division 101st Airborne during the Korean War. Later he worked as a manager of the former Miller-Williamson Motors of Brookville and later for Hughes-Starr of DuBois. He was a member of the DuBois Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Reynoldsville American Legion. George is survived by one son, George M. (Christina) Wilson Jr. of Brookville; one brother, Larry Wilson of DuBois; one sister, Emma (Max) Mottern of Erie and one grandson. He was also preceded in death by four brothers: James, Miller, Joseph and Harry Wilson.
