Louis J. Corna

Louis J. Corna, 81,  Hyde Park, died Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at UPMC St. Margaret hospital, Aspinwall. He was born June 6, 1931, in Hyde Park, son of the late John and Ida  Corna. Louis was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Army as a Corporal.  He served for 2 years before returning home to his family. After the war he became a molder at the Hyde Park Foundry for 43 years, retiring in 1994. Upon returning home he always brought empty little shells and anything else he could find that he thought his kids might like someday. At my grandmother’s house they have a little section of old pictHe was happily married to his wife, Shelva for 48 years and had 3 sons. My dad Marc, and my two uncles John and Mike.
